ARA
members offer complete repossession services which, depending
on state law, can include skiptracing to locate customers whose
whereabouts are unknown. After the collateral has been recovered,
ARA members are able to store it and provide clients with photographs
and condition reports. They can obtain bids and consummate the
sale of the collateral, if the client so desires. All members are
independent business operators, who conform to regulations and
laws which vary from state to state. Each member will gladly provide
you with any information you may request.
